RE: OpenOffice installation for the integration on linux
What is the minimal installation for the openoffice integration on a linux (ubuntu). I do not want to install the whole openoffice packages because I do not want to install a x-server.
Check out the following instructions. I pretty much used the procedure outlined to install OO.org 3 on Ubuntu Server 8.04.
It's important that you install all of the packages required, and there are a quite a lot of them. If you miss anything then you'll get weird errors on conversion.
