Hi Everyone and Liferay team for their Hard work,

i installed 4.3.2 (Jboss+Jetty).

i am getting Strange problem in IE
Authentication failed. Please enable browser cookies and try again.

In IE i am getting this Error. In FireFox it is working.

if you try same username and password in both browsers for a test you can see different messages

in Firefox "Please enter a valid login."


i checked Browser settings are fine. i can Login other portals and liferay site and all.

No Errors i can seeemoticon

i never had this Problem ever with liferay previously.

check the link check in IE


i appreciate for your comments

HI

I am also getting same error message...but when i try to login from another pc to my liferay it works fine..

on my pc i m able to login in firefox..i m using ie7.0..

please suggest me to solve this

HI

In my case this happens when session.cookie.domain value is set wrong..

cookie domain validation causes this problem..
