RE: Extend Built in Liferay Portlet
Huy,
I am using Liferay 6.1 bundled with tomcat and using Liferay IDE for development. Lately, I have been playing with the Document and Media Portlet. Now I would like to extend the portlet and add some custom functionality into the portlet. I assume, it might be achieved using hooks or ext plugins but so far I have been unable to find some tutorial which can take me there step by step.
Can some one please point me into right direction or reference some good tutorial.
Bundles of thanks. Highly appreciate you for taking your time out.
