LAR file export/import option not showing up.

LAR file export/import option not showing up.

I have upgraded the Liferay from 7.4.3.12-ga12 to 7.4.3.132-ga132. After the upgrade page to export/import LAR file is not showing up. On site bashboard page restried page is showing up. Unable to open the page to view the pages and do the export/import.
