best suggestions for liferay and alfresco integration

What is the best way to get alfresco and liferay coupled together on a linux server.

Should I put alfresco on first or liferay on first, I was going to use tomcat but am open to suggestions.

I would like to use the latest version of both software platforms, and have single sign on stuff going. I have an LDAP server running, but am at a stage where i can setup just about anything.

All this is related to Tomcat bundle. But, we need information for JBoss bundle. Currently, we are trying with existing information to find whether it is suitable to JBoss bundle.
Pls let us know if any body had brief steps to do this process.

Does anybody know if this works (or doesn't work) with the 4.3.3 + Tomcat 6.0 bundle instead of the 4.3.0 + Tomcat 6.0 bundle?

Jonas Yuan's solution should still work. However, we have replaced Cignex solution with our own so I have not tried it with the latest release.
