RE: Why does tabbing through a form focus on Labels?
When a form is created through the Liferay Portal and used on the sight, the tab button focuses on the labels of the input fields as well as the inputs. Let's say for example, we just filled in our name and we want to press tab to move onto the email input. As of right now, when you press tab, it will highlight the label "email", and then you have to press tab once more to focus on the input field. Can anyone explain to me why this might be happening?
Ideally I would want the input fields be the only thing that is focused on with the tab button, which is normally how tabbing through forms work. Is there a way to make this happen within Liferay?
As you don't mention your version: If this is reproducible on the latest build, I'd recommend to file an issue (https://issues.liferay.com) - or check if there is one already.
My company is using v. 7.3 and this is happening. How can we configure the forms to use the standard interface ux of using the tab button to navigate through the input fields only, not labels?
