Blogs are not translatable as Web Content is. You can however tag and
categorize them according to language and show different posts on
different pages.
The reason is: Blogs are considered personal articles, and rarely
does someone blog in multiple languages at once. For purpose of
ease-of-use, they have a severely simplified UI.
If you need this, you can still build something like a blog with Web
Content Articles: They're capable of a lot more than Blog articles, so
you'll lose the simplicity and gain more flexibility - but you'll also
have to deal with the added complexity.
