Hi to all,
i've downloaded Liferay DXP 7.3 Trial boundle with tomacat and i noticed that cross icon to upload new file or create new folder is missing after I add the portlet to the page. All permissions are ok. In the previous version of Liferay is working ok. Is it an issue of lastest version?

It was moved to a different location. (however, when I hover it with the mouse it disappears, but still works)
Thanks Olaf. Are you using Liferay DXP 7.3.10 GA1?
I've
understand the problem: when I try to add the Document Library portlet
to a Blank Page the controls are missing. But if I add Document
Library portlet to a Widget Page it's working fine. Another thing: in
the Blank Page the portlet is fit to browser window.
