Dear All, 
i'm facing a issue with Liferay Permission System

 Issue Details : when user this is in section of Control Panel (group/control_panel/manage) and when user opens a Navigation Panel.getting the error messages like "You do not have the roles required to access this portlet." 

Like below screenshot:

 

Liferay Version :  Liferay Community Edition Portal 7.0.1 GA2 

Note :

1) When user reload the the screen with Defaculty Opned Panel it works, 

2) It Works with Liferay Administaror Role User  that is (test@liferay.com)

Approches Tried : 1) tried to give the control panel permissions(General Permission).

First: If you really really really want to be on 7.0.x, you should be on the patched GA7.

Chances are, if you encounter a bug, that it'll be fixed already.

If it isn't: Your logs probably have something that can point to the root cause.
