Not certain where to report this.
Liferay 7.3 GA4 and GA5:
When a user has site permissions to toggle on the admin sidebar and then goes to a site where they don't have these permissions, a blank Admin sidebar stays open without the ability to toggle off.
To make matters worse, on Google Chrome browser, the admin sidebar floats over other site content.
Q: Has this bug already been reported in the correct location?
Q: Is their a CSS workaround for this bug until fixed in another GA release?
