Good morning dear,

Today I tried to buy a theme on the Liferay marketplace, but when you want to register on the platform for the purchase, the page appears blank. Therefore, it prevents the purchase from being made. Attached evidence. Please urgently purchase the theme for a project.

I have tried without success to make this purchase.

When I put the buy option, it appears that I sign, however, I do not have a user:

A word-by-word identical question under a different name has been posted on slack as well (though with actual images) and is taken care of there already. Please don't crosspost identical questions in multiple places - and if you do, at least link them to each other as not to generate duplicate work.
