Is Liferay 7.2 compatible with Oracle 19?

Hello, as we know Oracle 12.x  will be out of support at the end of next year ,  we are also setting up  Liferay 7.2 so we want to  start with Oracle 19 , Please provide whether Liferay 7.2 is compatible with oracle 19 or not

You'll find the compatibility matrix for Liferay DXP here. Liferay CE (out of the box) only works on Open Source databases, but Antonio Musarra has written a community plugin for Oracle. I'm just not sure which version it works on.

Oracle support definitely doesn't come with Liferay CE - last time I've looked Oracle wasn't open source emoticon
Search for "Antonio Musarra Liferay Oracle" to find his plugin and installation instructions

Liferay CE only works with Open Source databases, Oracle isn't Open Source, so no, Liferay CE doesn't work with Oracle.
Antonio Musarra has contributed some work and provides a plugin that implements this access, so if you add it to the installation, you can use Oracle with Liferay CE. I just don't know about the supported versions for Oracle.

Yes.
But please note that you need to use at least
MySQL 5.7
or
Maria DB 10.2
