RE: Hide border of Web content Display - Liferay 7
Hi! We are working with Web content displays and need to know if Is there a way to hide the border of Web content in some configuration. So we only need to change one time and every new Web content display will not have borders.
Thanks in advance!

Hi , You can edit portlet configuration, Look and Feel Configuration - > Application Decorator - > Select bare bore or borderless.

Thank you Mohamed. What I need is a programatic way or how to set default Web content Display preferences. to do it only one time for all portlets
In the "Look and Feel Configuration" panel for web content display, you'll find the Application Decorators dropdown. If you pick "Barebones" you won't have all of the extra surrounding chrome.
You can control the default value in your theme ala https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/master/modules/apps/frontend-theme/frontend-theme-classic/src/WEB-INF/liferay-look-and-feel.xml#L27
It's important to note, however, that this setting applies to all portlets, not just web content displays.
