Well, first they're in the run-up towards the release of 7.2, so all teams are pretty busy. That said, if the translations are for 7.2, it may not be addressed for the 7.2 release because I think they're in final testing now.
If it is for a different version, I'm not completely sure of the process but I believe it will eventually get reviewed and make it in. I just don't know what ETA to give you for that, but it may not be quick enough for your needs.
