RE: Problem with web templates formatting in Liferay 7.1, GA1
Hi, there!
Recently I have started using Liferay 7.1 and I found a problem with the format of web templates when they are published. The problem is related to the fact that when I initially create a new template and add its code following the conventions ( hierarchically structured ) I can see it ok. Also I can see that each line number is marked inside the editor container. However, right after I save my changes and open the template in edition mode again, I see that all the code is inline. This is quite frustrating and causes my troubles when I try to debug the code or do some modifications inside it.
Is it possible that I miss some additional configuration inside portal installation or the alloyUI editor? Or probably I'm doing something wrong? This is the first time that I face such a problem and any of your help or advice will be appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Eli
I can confirm that one. I have the same problem. Oddly enough, it sometimes only starts somewhere in the middle. Twenty lines, the first 5 are shown normally, after that it looks similar to the second screenshot above.
It is absolutely the same for me.
Thanks for the reply, Alfonso! We will follow the issue solving progress then.
Greetings
